For every donation of $239.40 to a District 5220 Rotary Club, a case of wine will be provided as a "thank you"!

At this time Four Way Wines can only be ordered through an affiliation to the Rotary Clubs of District 5220. If you would like to purchase our wines by the case, please fill out the Donation Form below. Your donation will be credited to the local Rotary Club that you CHOOSE in the order form! To find your nearest Rotary Club check out the Rotary District 5220 Club Listing! If you do not have a 5220 Club Affiliation, select "Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club" and your wine would need to be picked up in Lodi, California or shipped to you at your own expense.
